One Town One Team is the story of the 2010-11 Perham Yellowjacket Boys Basketball team and the community of Perham, Minnesota. The team faced significant tragedy on January 20, 2011 when Zach Gabbard, an outstanding shooter for the team, collapsed on the floor during a game against Dillworth-Glyndon-Felton.

The book chronicles the events of what turned out to be a championship season while paying tribute to the community and the support it gave to Zach and his family.
